![]() Rochelle began her advertising career in 1979 as a copywriter at a small New York advertising agency. Hispanic market advertising was still in its infancy when, a year later, she became involved in the launch of Font & Vaamonde, a Hispanic agency that would later become a division of Grey Advertising and an industry leader. |

| By the time she left FoVa in 1992, she had moved from an account management and new business role to the Presidency of the agency's West Coast office. |

| Ms. Newman-Carrasco provides overall leadership and strategic guidance throughout all areas of Enlace's team structure. She maintains a hands-on style and is active in the overall direction and development of marketing and research programs for several clients; and provides training and facilitation for companies addressing diversity issues. |

| Born on New York's Lower East Side, Rochelle grew up in a community where multi- culturalism wasn't a buzzword but rather a way of life. A graduate of UC Irvine, Ms. Newman is an award winning playwright and a stand-up comic. She shares sporadic spurts of personal time with a Panamanian born actor, a large dog named Bo and some fish. Her favorite author is Dr. Seuss. |
